Tahini Gluten Free Granola

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups nuts and seeds: can use a superfood mix or make your own. Personally i like to use almonds, walnuts, macadamias, flaked coconut, sesame seeds, pepitas, sunflower seeds, currants and golden berries.

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup of raw honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • sea salt

  • cinnamon

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Combine nut and seed mix in a bowl. Melt in seperate bowl, coconut oil, honey and tahini. Mix all together. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon and sea salt. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Leave to cool then crush up into smaller chunks.
