Nutty Chocolate crackle slice

Ingredients:

  • 20g organic butter (can sub for coconut oil)

  • 1 heaped tbsp chocolate peanut butter (or any nut butter of choice: peanut butter/almond/cashew/tahini )

  • 1 heaped tbs raw honey

  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

  • 3x rice cakes or 1 cup puffed brown rice

Topping:

  • 1/2 block of dark chocolate

  • 2 tsp coconut oil

  • Sea salt

Melt butter, nut butter & honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, take off heat combine coconut and crushed rice cakes. Mix and squish down into tray/container. Put in freezer to set for 30–45 mins.

Melt chocolate with coconut oil over water on the stovetop or in the microwave. Pour over the top of the slice and sprinkle

with salt.

Leave to set in freezer for another hour. Cut up keep in fridge.
